Three Evonik Foams Employees Achieve Over 35 Combined Years Of Service

Evonik Foams employees Matthew Miller, Stephanie Ayers and Charles Franks have accumulated over 35 combined years of service at Evonik Foams, a subsidiary of Evonik Degussa Corporation.

Matthew Miller has been an Evonik Foams employee since February, 1997, accumulating 15 years of service. Miller received an Evonik Foams General Manager’s Award recognizing employees who approach challenges with a positive attitude and consistently perform beyond their assigned responsibilities.

Stephanie Ayers, also a recipient of an Evonik Foams General Manager’s Award, reached 15 years of service. Ayers joined Evonik Foams in January, 1997, as a sales and marketing representative and was later promoted to marketing manager.

Charles Franks, a reactor operator, also received the Evonik Foams General Manager’s Award. He began working at Evonik Foams in March, 2007. Franks currently serves as Command Sergeant Major in the Arkansas National Guard and served two tours of duty in Iraq.

Evonik Foams manufactures polyimide foam insulation and duct liner, which is used in aerospace, marine, construction and industrial projects around the world. These products offer superior fire resistance, excellent sound absorption and the ability to insulate in demanding environments with temperatures ranging from minus 320 degrees Fahrenheit to 575 degrees Fahrenheit.
