Evonik Goldschmidt To Increase Prices For Organics Products In North America
Rising Raw Material Costs Cited For Price Increase
Effective July 15, 2011, Evonik Goldschmidt Corporation’s Household Care and Interface and Performance business lines will increase list and off list prices for products marketed in North America.
Organic products including quaternary compounds, surfactants, amines, amine derivatives and specialty organic additives will increase up to 30 cents per pound, depending on the product.
Select products will be subject to higher increases.
Rising raw materials and transportation costs are the major reasons for the increase.
