Elias Nahssen de Lacerda
Elias Lacerda became President Americas in February 2026. Starting his career at Degussa Brazil in 1996, he progressed through sales, management, and VP roles in Germany and South America. He previously served as CFO and Regional President for Central and South America and most recently led the Coating Additives business line.
